Tantus Luke O2 Silicone Dildo Review

The Luke O2 is a life-like dildo, bought to us by Tantus.

Ododi had kindly sent me this product to review for them. Upon arrival, I was greeted with as safely packed box that was address discreetly. Removing the product from the parcel, I was greeted with a see-through plastic box. You can see the dildo through the clear packaging, it clearly states on the front of the packing what material this product is made from, it also has on the back and the sides what it does not contain.

The product packaging is tasteful and informative, nothing vulgar about it at all. However, my only issue is that the dildo’s name isn’t mentioned. This is the Luke O2, there isn’t any mention of that on the packaging.

The Luke is made from a 100% premium platinum silicone, it’s of dual density, which means it has a soft outer feel and an inner harder core. It is made as realistic as possible, with molded testicles, a veining shaft and a smooth head. I like how Tantus have given attention to detail with the impression of a foreskin being rolled back due to a hard erection. I find this rather attractive, also, the head is a lot smoother than the shaft.

To feel, it’s smooth to the touch and is the most real to life dildo that I have ever felt, when it comes to a sex toy. It’s non-porous but does feel slightly grainy, although the texture is spot on when it comes to squeezing the dildo, as it does feel the closest to a real penis.

Being a premium silicone, it makes the Luke a hygienic sex toy, odorless, hypoallergenic, tasteless, dishwasher safe and phthalate free. When I took the Luke out of its packaging, I was expecting to have to air the product. Usually, dildos tend to have a chemical smell about them, when they are brand new but as long as you aired the product, that smell would dissipate. But with the Luke, there was no smell to it, in fact, there was no taste to it at all. This pleasantly surprised me as there have been too many occasions to count when a product says ‘odorless/tasteless’ and they are opposite to that.

On the side on the testicle molded area, there is an imprint of the Tantus logo, I think this is a good touch to the product, a mark of quality, if you like.
Measurements:

Length: 7.2″
Insertion length: 6″
Girth: 6″
Width: 2.2″
Base: 5.1″ x 3.1″

The Luke O2 is compatible with any O-harness, although I did find that the testicular part of this toy got in the way. However, if I twisted the toy around to have the balls on top, it did fit better within the harness.

I found that this toy is very dry, so it did need a fair bit of water-based lubricant (never use any other lube, other than a water based one with this toy) and when it came to using this via the anal passage, I did need to keep reapplying the water based lubricant to the Luke. I would suggest to use a simple but effective water-based lubricant like the RO LU Silk lubricant.

When it came to cleaning, there are a few options you can take. As it is dishwasher safe, you could either leave it in a bowl of boiled water for a few minutes or place it in the top of a dishwasher. I did try using a toy cleaner (non alcohol) with this product but due to the texture, it was easier to boil and wash.

When it came to using the Luke O2 in play, it really did feel real. In fact, if I didn’t know it was a toy, I would have said that it actually felt like a real penis. Self playing I found that the testicles did get in the way but saying that, the balls did make it easier to man-oeuvre the dildo during my play time. The Luke is a nifty dildo to have, it hits all the right places for me. However, I did feel that with the non-ability to mold the Luke into position, I did have to use a bullet to bring me to the point.

The Luke O2 picks up lint and dust very easy, it’s like a magnet to annoying hairs too. So I would advise to either keep this dildo in its box or see if you can get a storage bag for it.

This toy is on sale for an average of £39.95 GBP, which I think is a good price, after all you are paying for a high quality toy. In fact, I would say that it’s R.R.P is a very good price, I would have expected this to be sold for around £80.00 GBP.

I would recommend this real-to-life dildo for anyone who is after a real type toy. If you look after this sex toy, it will last a very long time.
